Wednesday Ride

Conditions: 85 degrees, sunny, Very very nice

Met Dave at Lake Crabtree for our first ride at Rocky Road.

This trail KICKED our butts, there are some steep up and downs but it was the rocks/roots on the ups that got me. This trail really humbled me and I will definitely have to go back out and ride this again.



Thursday morning, nice 53 minute run on the Creeper trail, a bit hotter than normal, good run but it really hurt me.

At the beach now, running 20 tomorrow around unc-w trails.
