Weekend

What a great weekend, perfect weather, nice breeze and just an all around great Labor Day. Beth and I got out Sunday for a nice ride around the Pumpkin Trail, I then rode Neverland and Witchlands, very nice.

Monday I went out for a nice run, ran from here straight to the bridge, took about 35 minutes, felt very good today, super weather and a nice run.
