12-10 and 12-11-05

12/10/05 Saturday Trailhead run
Conditions: Cold, sunny, nice
Started at 8am to check the knee, ran with Gwinter, Goofus, Schnzyl, and newbie, felt pretty good, ran one hour, 15 minutes longer than I wanted, knee felt ok afterwards

12/11/05 Sunday mtb
first time on the bike in almost a month, was really nice to get back out. The trails were wet on the CHHS side, probably shouldn't have ridden. Wormhole was practically underwater, spyderhole, banshee and witchlands were ok. Rode for a little over an hour, almost 9 miles. Dr. appointment today
