Conditions: 40 degrees, sunny, cold, nice

rode for 45 minutes at Lake Crabtree, felt great to be back out. Dr. appointment yesterday showed nothing seriously wrong with my knee, will be doing some stretches and strength work on my hip and knee, reducing weekly mileage for 3 weeks but at least I can run.
