Conditions: 35 degrees, party cloudy, cold

Knee and legs still stiff and sore, nice run however, with minimal effort, beat best time ever, now have a 51:52 to beat. Areas to pick up time, flats along river (out and in), downhills on first half, entire downhill on 2nd half, slight push on return hill, I see under 50 happening soon.
