Damn ankle but great rides

4/4 near dark ride, 50 minutes very sweet 5th time out on the Beast

4/5/06 Company Mill, curse of Umstead strikes again, 3 miles in, twist left ankle, pretty badly, run/walk out.

4/6 1:15 6th ride on beast, best ride to date, felt comfortable and in control, can ride on the ankle, sweet!
